To create the technology, tools and processes that will enable Blue Fang Games to create expressive and engrossing animal characters that will set the bar for the next generation of digital entertainment experiences.
Guiding Principles
• The SAT will create a scaleable foundation with which to create compelling and intimate user experiences with animal characters in future Blue Fang products. Our goal is to be nothing less than the industry leader in this field.
• Such a foundation will by necessity entail a wide range of technologies and perspectives from behavior to graphics, motion to sound, camera and lighting to AI, user interface to animation, tools to process.
• The process of creating such a foundation will be iterative and open, and will leverage best practices and ideas from Blue Fang as well as from industry and academia.
